Planning
Day of Details
Take a look at our quote form to get an idea of which signs and day of details you’re interested in for your event. If we have worked with you on your wedding invitations and know the details of your big day, we can make suggestions! We welcome all inspirational images – please share your Pinterest board and design images your other vendors have created.
consultation
After filling out the Quote Form, we will schedule a virtual consultation or communicate everything through email. We will provide assistance with quantity questions, design, and specifics surrounding your event details.
Pickup or Delivery
White Ink offers delivery service to venues in Middle Tennessee. However, we assist clients worldwide and can ship day of detail items to you as well. If your event planner would like to pick up, we can schedule a pickup at our studio in East Nashville.
*White Ink also offers a White Glove Service where we are onsite at your venue on event day, taking care of set up and placement of the materials we provide.
Inspiration gallery
Labor Day might be Monday. And you are already in pumpkin spice mode, but galleries are flowing in from our spring and summer weddings and we want to hold off just a little bit longer before we start pulling out our sweaters and uggs.
The elements of this suite - it all came together for the perfect spring wedding. We had so much fun working with our bride, Elizabeth, on this!

Candid > curated is always my preference. It’s a little bit of a brand standard at White Ink. We love showing you the BTS, the pretty mess, the chaos of running a small business, the bickering that goes on between sisters working together 😂; the figure it out energy. It’s our style. Curated is necessary for those portfolio moments. But candid-ness, we like to think it builds the trust that is required when working with creatives ❤️. We are human. These pretty squares on our feed are here to tell the whole story.
