Wedding Invitations | Our Process
Consultation
All projects begin with a preliminary lead form to help us establish a starting point. Then we’ll meet for a 30-45 minute virtual consultation where we’ll chat about your wedding invitation ideas and our process. We will show you examples of how color, paper, and embellishments can be used to build your one-of-a-kind wedding stationery. Samples will be mailed to you so you can experience the color and textures for yourself.
Contracting
After the consultation, we will send you a proposal along with a contract, timeline, and invoice for a 50% retainer. Once the contract is signed and the deposit paid, you will have reserved your spot on our project calendar!
Design
You will be emailed information to upload inspiration and wording for your custom design project that we will use to create your first proof. All proofs will be sent to you digitally for review and revisions. The design process typically takes 3-4 weeks.
Production + Delivery
Your final payment and guest address list will be due at the time we go to print. At White Ink Calligraphy, we trust only the best printers who specialize in fine stationery to produce our products. We provide full assembly and mail out services. We also ship or you can pick up your order from our studio in East Nashville, Tennessee.

One of my favorite things about rehearsal dinners and welcome parties is that they get to have a little more personality. They’re the perfect place to lean into a theme, have a little fun with it, and embrace details that might feel too playful for the wedding day itself.
Intentional doesn’t always have to mean serious. Sometimes it looks like custom escort flags, Masters-inspired stationery, and guests walking into a celebration that’s memorable before dinner even begins.

BONES IS TWO! 🥳🐶🧁
He is the self-proclaimed studio dog. After installing the doggy door from the main house to the backyard, he has mastered how to open the studio door on his own. He then lays down, door wide open, and looks into the yard from the studio. It’s causing an issue with the electric bill this summer 😂 because if the studio door isn’t locked, and we aren’t home, he could be sitting outside for hours just hanging out. 😑.
He’s still SO MUCH PUPPY. Big puppy energy, and serves as a little ambassador or camp counselor to our foster goldens. He’s our crazy little tornado of chaos and we wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️❤️
We love that Sydney knew exactly what she wanted from the get go and I couldn’t be more excited about these cutie Save the Dates being the FIRST THING her guests see with respect to their big wedding day! 💙💛
